As devastating as your grief may be and it is real. I have found a way that has helped me tremendously in dealing with the death of my Father, life time pet, a very dear Uncle, Aunt and cousin. All of this with in the last couple of years. If asked, I never thought I could get over the death of one of my parents. And although I am "NOT OVER IT" I do see now how life goes on. In a quest to make this process a positive, I have researched many books and venues about grief. There are many books that review all the stages. There are NO books that tell us about YOUR GREIF, YOUR LOVED ONE, YOUR STORY! Everyone on this earth has a message, a meaning. Part of the difficult part for me was to accept that all my Father stood for was no more. It seemed so unfair. He was just an ordinary man with extra ordinary traits. I wanted his story out there, to be told. The world should know his stories. His funny stories, his struggles, his soul. In writing ( sharing ) in GRIEF WORTY, you get to share the story of your loved one, you get to keep them alive. In doing so, you have no idea of what the process does for others. In sharing our grief, we finally understand we are not alone. We have the strength and ability together to recreate all they were about. They will not be forgotten in Grief Worthy.
