Good Morning Elaine and Sam,

I want to remind you I offer forums "Circles of Healing and Transformation" on my website www.mymeaningfullife.com. I would love to develop this community that deals with all kinds of transitions. Although some people have posted the majority send me personal emails....The Circles are in English and Spanish...I also included a Forum on Spirituality/Religion.

It would be great to have your comments there :-)!

Have a beautiful Sunday

Elaine,

The experiences in life made us what we are today. As you say....many people experience "highs and lows in life, while others coast along at a steady, unexciting ride" and it is true...we all have different scripts ....still I think that what matters the most is what we make out of our lives and the purpose behind....if we find meaning in what we do...we can live a fulfilling life. Each life is unique....each experience is unique...each grief is unique....we all have our internal clock....the beauty is to know when to use it....

thank you for your beautiful message....

Mental Health Radio Interview

The days have been so warm, almost balmy this last week. It's incredible to think we're into fall already, and winter soon will be upon us.

I've been listening to various blog talk radio shows lately and they've got some really wonderful speakers and topics. Everything from spiritual awareness to book talk. I've been on several shows myself and it's usually a pretty easy format. I have a radio interview coming up tomorrow, Thursday, on Mental Health Radio with Jacqueline Foreman and we'll be ta… Continue

Living Life with Passion

Life is certainly different after loss, and it's true we don't have a clue how it will turn out. I've changed in so many ways, grown stronger as new experiences have reshaped my life today. I try to remain open to living, and I am at a different place than I ever might have imagined. My life and interests have branched off on a totally different course than if my husband had lived. And at this time, 4 years later, I know life, despite everything, is good for me.

It has become vitally important… Continue
